Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Brckly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Description of Service
Brckly is a LEGO collection management application that allows users to catalog, organize, and track their LEGO sets. The service provides access to LEGO set information, collection management tools, and wishlist features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of Brckly, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the account settings.
User Content and Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- Collect or harvest information about other users
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Engage in any activity that could harm or interfere with the service
Intellectual Property
Service Content
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Brckly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Content
LEGO set information and images are provided through third-party services such as Rebrickable. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this service.
User Data
You retain ownership of your collection data. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your data as necessary to provide the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content or data provided through the service.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRCKLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is less.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brckly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these terms.
Data Backup and Loss
While we strive to maintain reliable service and data storage, we are not responsible for any data loss. We recommend that you maintain your own backup of any important collection data. We may provide data export features, but you are ultimately responsible for backing up your data.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting a notice on the service or sending an email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
